It’s January, it’s freezing and a little snow fell at night. Motorcyclists are impatiently waiting for the spring sunshine and preparing their bikes in their garages for their first ride as soon as it gets a little warmer. The most diligent ones don’t wait for anything and saddle up their machines at the weekend to set off on their winter adventure.
A short phone call with Martin, Vojta, Pavel and Jakub was enough, we arranged a lonely quarry Nevid near the Brda forests and set off.
We met at a petrol station in Beroun, had a quick coffee, took our first photos and set off together to Brda.

As we got closer and higher, the snow increased. It started to be a real adventure. But Jawa can withstand everything, so even the snowy road did not discourage us, on the contrary. The first light drifts and the search for the limits of the bikes. This is a great preparation for the season, so that we are not caught off guard in crisis situations. Experienced Vojta showed us how to do it and was the first to put the bike down in an action drift. Fortunately, he was unharmed in almost zero speed and still made a legendary photo.
The red bikes looked great in the snowy terrain. Jakub took beautiful contrasting photos, which we gradually post on FB and IG.
The icing on the cake was roasting sausages, which smell every meeting of friends.
We discussed our first experiences in the snow and officially started the new motorcycle season.
