\r\nPrinciples\r\nprocessing of personal data for marketing purposes<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>

\r\nI.\r\nBasic provisions<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>

\r\n1.\r\nThe controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of the European Regulation\r\nof the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016\/679 on the protection of natural persons in\r\nprocessing of personal data and on the free movement of such data\r\nof such data (hereinafter: “GDPR”) is Bontex2\r\ns.r.o., ID: 14285991 with registered office at Pod Turnovskou trat\u00ed 182\/18, Prague\r\n9, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in\r\nPrague, Section C, Insert 363403, represented by Bc. Martin Zima,\r\nManaging Director (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>

\r\n3.\r\nPersonal data means any information about an identified\r\nor identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural\r\nindividual means a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly\r\nidentifiable, in particular by reference to an identifier, for example\r\nname, identification number, location data, network\r\nidentifier or to one or more specific elements of a natural,\r\nphysiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or\r\nsocial identity of that natural person.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>

II.\r\nProcessing of personal data for marketing purposes<\/font><\/font><\/p>

1.\r\nWe process our customers’ data for the purpose of direct\r\nmarketing in accordance with the provisions of the law. As part of this process\r\nin particular, we ensure that our services are as tailored as possible\r\naccording to your requirements. Using probabilistic values\r\nwe aim to only show you advertising that is as relevant as possible.\r\ncontent that will be of interest to you.<\/font><\/font><\/p>

2.\r\nBy a brief written notice to info@legendyuvas.cz\r\nyou may object to the use of your data at any time\r\nfor direct marketing purposes or withdraw your consent, by\r\nfree of charge, except for the costs incurred for transmission in accordance with\r\nbasic rates.<\/font><\/font><\/p>

3.\r\nIf you want to unsubscribe from the Newsletter, you can\r\nuse the appropriate link at the end of the newsletter. <\/font><\/font>\r\n<\/p>

4.\r\nIf you object, your listed contact address for\r\nsubsequent processing in connection with advertisements. We like\r\nwe would like to inform you that in exceptional cases\r\npromotional materials may continue to be sent after we have received your\r\nobjection. This is due to technical reasons and does not imply,\r\nwe do not process your objection.<\/font><\/font><\/p>

6.\r\nThe legal basis for this processing is Section 7(3) of Act No.\r\n480\/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, and\r\nArticle 6(1)(f) of the EU GDPR. Our interest in addressing advertisements\r\nin accordance with the requirements is considered a legitimate interest within the meaning of\r\nthe above provision.<\/font><\/font><\/p>
